Sheltered housing and extra care schemes benefit from a manager who id usually onsite during office hours, Monday to Friday. There are also emergency pull cord systems located in all communal areas plus apartments and studios. There is a door entry system for security. Some have a lift or stair lift for access. Most have communal spaces to socialise and join in activities.
